UN – ASSANGE WILL NOT GET A FAIR TRIAL IN THE US

“PEOPLE CAN’T BELIEVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS EVEN POSSIBLE”

The UN’s Torture Rapporteur (lead researcher and reporter) says that Julian Assange is being tortured and his life is at risk.

Nils Melzer, the UN’s Torture Rapporteur says:

“Assange’s due process has been consistently violated at every stage for ten years. There were 50 procedural errors in the Swedish case alone.

He is not going to be a fair trial in the US and faces 125 years in a Super Max prison.

This crosses the line of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.”
