TAKE NOTICE
1. Nonesuch alleged account number 4854421580 in this matter exists: or has been created by way of fraud without my knowledge: without my consent: and without any legal power of attorney entitlement: this is accounting fraud and identity theft:

The sale/transfer of rights over this alleged matter took place without my knowledge and no Deed of Assignment/Transfer has ever been produced to me graham:, therefore any alleged purported debt did neither legally nor lawfully transfer: and the sale/transfer to the mortgage pool covered bond programme was fraudulently acquired and all funds accrued after the fact are proceeds of crime:
3. The alleged 2018 No: 027891: De Son Tort matter: Summons instrument: is unsigned and as such: the respondents: and any associated persons are noticed of a liability: for the want of a plaintiff: or applicant:
4. The alleged 2018 No: 027891 De Son Tort matter: Grounding affidavit comprises solely of unverified hearsay evidence and fails to list fraudulent account number which is fraud by omission and accounting fraud:
5. The alleged 2018 No. 027891 De Son Tort matter: Grounding affidavit was fraudulently filed 21 weeks late pursuant to RoCJ NI 1980 rule 28(1a) 1-3: Thus: an abuse of process and wilful misrepresentation
6. The alleged 2018 No.027891: De Son Tort: Notice of Appointment instrument illegally created and executed by way of fraud: deceit: and misrepresentation by the respondents: which wrongfully claims, “you the defendant having failed to enter an appearance”. Thus: an abuse of process and abuse of power.
7. Wilful failure to acknowledge instrument 2018 No. 027899-05 Strike-out Summons by respondents on the 9th September 2019: Thus abuse of process and abuse of power.

a) The Alleged Courts Action is Moot: and De Son Tort Matter: and the Respondents Alleged Claim is by the terms of this Notice Countered:
