In reviewing at the National Archives, Dublin, among the many files of Executive Council cabinet meetings, and inter departmental memos, letters, etc. it is possible to ascertain there was a collusive conspiracy to in effect establish Courts in 1924, based upon the Supreme Court rules model of Northern Ireland , that was itself based upon the Government of Ireland Act 1920, which the Irish people had repealed by implication.
It is telling that on 5th December 1922 Westminster Parliament basically repealed all of the parts of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1877, that were repealed by the Government of Ireland Act 1920, but the Irish political lackeys of the Crown, have convinced the sleeping Irish public, that it was carried over into the Irish Free State, and present Statutory law. That was factually and legislatively, an impossibility.
However gullability and rumour keeps the model of Government of Ireland 1920 courts, judgeships, and wardships in place by the legal club, and the unquestioning public users of the courts, EXCEPT FOR PAT CLOHESSY, and a few other brave individuals.
It is evident from reading the old files that Executive Council President Cosgrave and his cronies were beholden to the British Crown to help retain their own political power.
That power up to this present day, has passed down to the progeny of the early operatives in the Attorney General office, judges, court clerks, Senior Barristers, and Solicitors firms whose ancestors were members of Westminster Parliament pre establishment of the Irish Free State on 6th December 1922.
Quite simply its a club of long legal lineage in the Judicial organ, the Executive organ, and about 35% in the Legislative organ of successive governments over the past 102 years and counting.
