They can do it with the flip of a switch and at no cost to them.
As a serious researcher and writer on election fraud since 1997, this is one of the most disturbing reports I have ever heard.
And the news media is dead silent on it.
It’s not “fraud” in the sense of stuffing ballot boxes, but it indicates a level of covert power that’s absolutely unacceptable.
