On the American Government’s part, The United States is still functioning at the level of the unincorporated Counties and Tribes.  

The unincorporated States of the Union doing business as The United States of America (Unincorporated) are still functioning, too.  

Although the American Government has not yet made the decisions and taken the steps that would be necessary to reconstruct the States of America, it did charter two Commercial Banks in 2021, The Global Family Bank of Commerce (sea jurisdiction commerce) and The Global Family Commercial Bank (land jurisdiction commerce) so that the American Government is fully functional on the soil, the land, the sea, and in the air. 

The sovereign nation-states and native tribes that populate this country are still here, and have always been here.  No interregnum.  Nobody is lost at sea.  

On the part of The United States Government that is supposed to be functioning under powers delegated to it by the American Government, things are not looking so good. 

The only one of the Federal Subcontractors we hired to exercise strictly enumerated and delegated powers for us, that is still in business,  is the British Crown Corporation doing business as “the United States of America” LLC, Incorporated.  

We don’t wish them any bad luck, but it doesn’t make sense to cheat your employers and violate the terms and limitations of your service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America.  

Conducting commercial “lawfare” against their ’employers and unlawfully converting our military forces into private corporate mercenary forces is all illegal and unlawful—- so let’s just say it, what the British Crown has done here and elsewhere throughout the world is criminal. 

The fact that they have done these things under color of law and conditions of fraud and deceit while taking their paychecks from our pockets the whole time, just makes it worse. 

They misrepresented everything to the rest of the world by pretending that they were here legally occupying our country under The Law of War— which  is just more deceit and fraud. 

How do you invoke The Law of War and occupy a country for 160 years, when there was no “war” here to begin with?  

The only thing that happened here, was the “American Civil War” which was an illegal mercenary conflict, like the “War” in Vietnam.  

The British Crown has been operating outside their service contract and bilking the American People that they were hired to protect under “good faith service” provisions. 

They’ve been defrauding everyone here for sixteen decades.  The con game has gone on so long that many of them think that this is okay and “the way we have always done things”.  

If so, they’ve been coercively defrauding and denigrating their employers the whole time — and there is no statute of limitation on fraud.

The Crown was served Due Process in these matters through the Persons of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London; both the British Crown Corporation and the Government of Westminster were found guilty of Breach of Trust and violation of their service contract in April 2014.  

The American Government has been asking them to get back in their box, observe the limitations of their contract, and start operating in good faith ever since their usurpation and overreach was discovered.  

Instead of obeying their employers and honoring their contract, The Constitution of the United States of America, the British Crown service providers have issued ugly threats abroad and continued to harm and harass the people of this country as if we were their debtors and personnel instead of their employers.  

They have actively en trapped millions of Americans and people of other nations using undisclosed registration contracts redefining Americans and other foreign nationals as British Subjects.  

The unconscionable citizenship contracts thus obtained by the undisclosed registration of American babies as British Subjects  has then been misapplied to Americans under force of arms.  These activities mischaracterized as voluntary private contracts have been used to racketeer against the victims and their property assets on a broad scale and have created a basis for legalized theft of assets and identity theft. 

The victims have been kept so far in the dark about these cozy secret arrangements that they couldn’t even complain or seek remedy for these gross presumptions and impositions made by the British Crown.  

This is why the American Government has asked for international and commercial court intervention to bring this lawlessness to an end. 

To our credit we have done this lawfully and peaceably.  

We have individually declared our expatriation from all foreign citizenship obligations and recorded and published our expatriation and objections to conferred personhood.  

We have collectively brought our State Assemblies into Session and told our British Crown Subcontractors what we require of them to no avail. 

The so-called “American Raj” continues to run amok and the Principals responsible refuse to correct their operations on our soil. 

What remains is for the British Crown to cease and desist its illegal and unlawful operations on our soil and either leave our shores or honor the limits of their venerable service contract — deliver on the “good faith service” provisions or be held in dishonor and in breach of trust and contract. 

This is not political.  This is a matter of criminal usurpation, breach of trust, and breach of service contract provisions by our federal public employees. 

As the Federal Constitutions represent the implementation of Treaty obligations, the current circumstance also represents a willful breach of treaty obligations by His Royal Majesty Charles III, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, the government of Belgium and other Continental parties to the impacted Treaties of Paris, Versailles, Ghent, Westminster, Utrecht, Montevideo, etc. 

There is no element of religious, racial, ethnic or other controversy.  They have a service contract mandated by a treaty process; we’ve held up our end for over 200 years and for slightly more than 160 years our British and Roman counterparts have been in criminal default. 

We wish for a peaceful and open process to put an end to the fraud, criminal misrepresentation, “lawfare”, manipulation, impersonation, and pillaging that our country and our people have suffered.  

In view of the gross breach of trust, contract, and treaty our country has suffered we believe that we are due reclamation and restitution and a peaceful international recognition of our lawful government, which has been at peace since 1814. 

We also believe that as we honored the treaties and honored the contracts we should be acquitted of any responsibility for the “extra” debts of the oath-breakers and those who have breached our trusts both public and private, while being under contract to protect us and our persons in “good faith”.  

We have broken no covenants, no treaties, no contracts.  We haven’t dishonored any debts that we, the American Government or American People, owe. 

The entire criminality and corruption fostered “in our names” has been accomplished by foreign incorporated subcontractors operating the United States Government in Bad Faith and Dishonor and under color of law.  

They have broken our covenants with them, their treaties with us, and their service contracts owed to us.  They don’t deserve to hide behind our honorable flag and “represent” the American Government.  

We are competent to present ourselves and our member nations;  

We have tried to communicate with Mr. Trump, with members of the Privy Council and British Parliament and Lord Mayor in an effort to simply correct their operations and the false legal presumptions they have been operating under.  

While some success toward these ends has been achieved, other extremely necessary actions such as legal and monetary system reform have been repeatedly side-lined, started and stopped, and twisted to fit a succession of narratives. 

There is no narrative so far as we are concerned.  

There is only the truth. 

The truth is that all physical and “substantive” assets belong to the living people and lawful governments of each country.   We are the lawful government of this country and we are still able to function. 

Now everyone is in a dither.  The actual assets are being returned and suddenly, everyone is asset rich and cash poor.  That’s because the Federal Reserve stopped printing and Obama’s oversees printing operations have been shut down.  Soon the banks won’t be able to meet cash demands and the mints haven’t even begun to gear up to issue coinage. 

We ordered them to do that five years ago and instead of obeying they made excuses. 

If we are not given immediate full spectrum cooperation to start dealing with the results of all the unlawful  securitization schemes , there will be no money and no credit. 

The entire system will collapse and people will needlessly starve and freeze because those at the top are not taking effective action and are preventing others — the actual owners of all the credit and all the assets — from taking effective action. 

The military is two-blocking the correct civilian authorities and the civilian authorities are starving the military by default. 

Put another way, the military is preventing us from deploying and using assets that belong to us, which means we can’t do anything to help them.  

And everything remains paralyzed as the last bits of cash and coinage are drained out of the world leaving the Vermin in charge of the coercive money mill known as the QFS System.  

The correct answer is for the military to hand control 

of the Maritime Commercial Banks to the actual asset owners and let us release prepaid credit that is already bought and paid for with actual goods and services. 

No more debt.  No more debt money.  No need for debt.

Nobody could make up the lies that are our constant companions and the foundations of governments. 

The ancient Sanhedrin, such as the one that condemned Jesus as a Necromancer, is long gone, and so is the scriptural basis for membership in the Sanhedrin, which was inherited as part of a sacred birthright that can no longer be discerned, because all the records and family lineages were destroyed by the Romans in 70 A.D.  Today, scholarship replaces lineage and they try to say they have a Sanhedrin anyway.  

Take in the view: the very scholars who are the ones who are most likely to know the impossibility of convening a real Sanhedrin, are the ones benefiting themselves from the pretense?  

While having an actual Sanhedrin is literally impossible, the prospect of a Knesset is within the realm of possibility, however, when such a body approves of and foments genocide and mercilessly murders a civilian population in pursuit of commercial profit, they are no longer acting as a legislature, but have become a nest of pirates and outlaws instead. 

Take in the view: the Israeli legislature has approved carpet-bombing in Gaza more severe than anything in World War II — even the firebombing of Dresden — and having done it once, they approved doing it a second time, and then, they authorized herding up the 2.5 million survivors and starving them to death by refusing to allow international rescue efforts access to the victims. 

So, the Knesset has crossed the line and can no longer be considered a legislature. 

So also, all the political payola spread around by AIPAC to members of the British Territorial U.S. Congress comes into question and is published for the world to see.  

Plans for the East Sinai Canal, sometimes called “Suez East” come into public view, along with the plans to develop the Eastern Mediterranean Oil Basin, and build a huge oil refinery and shipping complex right next to and including part of the Gaza Strip, rear their ugly heads.  

Even Donald Trump, the Golden Boy, the Great Friend of Israel, the one who recognized Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel, and opened the door for the Do-It-Yourself promoters of Armageddon, a man who mused about hotels and casinos replacing the homes of people shoved into a glorified internment camp somewhere in the Middle East, has to be taken aback — at least in public. 

The Kensington Palace plan to create a British Territorial “State of Israel” and try to pass it off as an American Confederate State, was perhaps the Final Straw.  It’s bad enough for the “British” to misrepresent their “States of States” as our States of States, without trying to foist off “the State of Israel” on us.  

By now, it’s not surprising, but Israel was never really meant to be a Jewish Homeland, despite all the advertising hype. It was meant to be a military base for NATO deep in the heart of the Arab world; that’s what it is, and what it has always been, romantic notions about the Holy Land notwithstanding. 

As for the Israeli Defense Forces?  Cheap unwitting mercenaries just like the American Armed Forces.  The only difference is —  the Perpetrators play Yankee Doodle and wave the Title IV flag for us, and play Hava Nagila and wave the Mogen David flag for them. 

Perhaps all this “makes it real” for people, a Big Picture view of how the bankers and the politicians manipulate the military — which is kept dependent on them and in the dark — to carry out wars for profit in the name of national sovereignties that either never existed — “Britain” for example, or which have been illegally purloined, like The United States.  

What should be apparent now, about Israel, is that it doesn’t really have a legitimately organized court system, and what could have functioned as its legislature has devolved by its own acts into a patently criminal organization. Despite all the hand-wringing rhetoric about Israel’s constant need for defense and failure to feed its own elderly and war widows because they spend all their money on bombs, instead — deliberately starving 2.5 million helpless civilians has nothing to do with defense.  

It has to do with opportunists illegally seizing the Gaza Strip to promote “commercial development options” for Israel, which has long salivated over the oil wealth of the Arab nations and now, with the Eastern Mediterranean Oil Basin opening up, sees its chance for a piece of the action — no matter how many Palestinian lives it may cost nor how unjust the seizure of the land and destruction of the existing infrastructure is. 

The American Government wants nothing to do with Israel as it is currently conceived and run. We see no reason for us to sell Israel any more bombs, missiles, or drones, airplanes or tanks; they didn’t put the ones we already sent them to any truly defensive use.   

The same goes for NATO. After 80 years of paying all but about five percent of Western Europe’s defense costs, we’re done. We’re also done funding the wastrel European Union franchises and propping up obnoxious puppet politicians who care nothing about their own people or countries, and who seem more interested in their next hit of cocaine or whatever outrageous perverted sexual experience they can dream up for themselves. 

Some people might see this as isolationism or nationalism of a bad kind, but we see it as a matter of practicality and common sense. 

Instead of taking the opportunity to rest and enjoy peacetime after a debilitating war, and instead of learning the lessons of that war, the various corporate franchises “representing” the national governments of the seventeen occupied countries of Western Europe, have continued to scheme and manipulate and engage in all manner of criminality and fraud against us and against each other. It is our intention to withdraw from any close association with them, just as you might leave behind any unsavory companions, and be done with any responsibility for them.  

Like vicious Octogenarians who have learned nothing from a lifetime of war and pain, the countries of Europe can continue to fight and scheme over control of their nursing home without us. 

Israel may have a right to exist, but their recent manipulations and actions have convinced us that their leadership has gone rabid and is deeply out of touch with the rest of humanity on basic issues. We want no more entanglement with Israel, NATO, or the seventeen occupied countries of Western Europe.  

We are collecting our debts and washing our hands — and we are instructing our Federal Subcontractors to do likewise. We won’t let the screen door hit us on the way out.

This is not, obviously, the Office of the President of The United States of America (Unincorporated) — our Federation of States, but the similar names served to promote the deceit that Lincoln’s foreign corporate office and our Federation Office were one in the same. 

And just like that, Lincoln substituted himself for our President. 

In March of 1861, the issue came to a head, with the Southern Delegates of the States of America Confederation walking out of meetings held in New York and later being absent from meetings in Washington, DC.  

This left the States of America Confederation without a voting quorum.  They could no longer conduct business.  That in turn left the United States Corporation (aka Federal Republic), an American-chartered Corporation, operating under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787), without support and without direction from the States of America Confederation, the actual Holder of their Service Contract.  

With the States of America Confederation inoperable and the United States Corporation it operated as “the Federal Republic” left without the support and direction of the States of America, Lincoln declared an “emergency”, assumed “emergency powers” never granted to him or his office, and appointed his own people to the empty seats in the United States Congress.  

In this way, by default on the part of the Southern delegates, and via usurpation by Lincoln, our intended government was plunged into chaos and a full one-third of it on both the State side (States of America Confederation) and on the Federal side (United States Corporation operating as “the Federal Republic”) was rendered inactive. 

Ten years later, with no reasonable and full disclosure granted to the American Public, the British Territorial U.S. Congress was still in control and operating on an “emergency” basis and the British Territorial U.S. Army was still occupying this country as a military protectorate — or so it seemed. 

We later determined that no Congress ever declared “war” with the result that the so-called American Civil War was in fact a Mercenary Conflict and the so-called military protectorate was neither military nor a protectorate.  

In 1871, the British Territorial U.S. Congress acting under these conditions of deceit and coercion, declared itself the owner and inheritor of “the United States” (Corporation) and all its assets.  

They did this by assuming that the lawful owners and inheritors of these assets were “absent” and the assets were “abandoned”. 

Thus, they took over the identity, name, and functions of the United States Corporation that was originally run as an American Corporation by the States of America Confederation; they did not attempt to operate it as the former Federal Republic, and instead, transferred the assets and redefined it as a Municipal Corporation, and began running it under the auspices of The Constitution of the United States. 

As usual, the Brits and the Holy Roman Empire heirs split the spoils from this legalized theft 60:40 in favor of the Roman Pontiff (Pope).  In this way, the Successors to the Holy Roman Empire receivers of The Constitution of the United States (1790) retained a 10% controlling interest in the new Municipal Corporation calling itself “the United States” (Incorporated).  

They ran the whole operation under The Constitution of the United States and nobody was the wiser. 

This arrangement required a degree of collusion and cooperation between the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors and the Roman Municipal Subcontractors — a collusion that was given form and structure in 1937 with their joint release of The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States. 

This document, which we have copies of, lays out the basics of this collusion of the foreign Subcontractors as separate foreign governments operating in this country.  

The Office of President of the United States (Municipal Corporation) could be won by candidates from either government in a single political party-sponsored election designed to replace our “missing” public elections.  The Democrats would issue a candidate from the Municipal Corporation side, and the Republicans would issue a candidate from the British Crown Corporation side — the successful candidate would set the policies of the Municipal Corporation for the next 4-8 years.  

This twisted, undisclosed, and collusive mess is what we, Americans of the current generation, were born into, and the entire circumstance has been based on False Claims in Commerce, coercion, non-disclosure, breach of trust, unlawful conversion, misrepresentation, substitution fraud, impersonation, identity theft, privateering, illegal quasi-military occupation, and similar names deceits. 

In this way a European-dominated “government” was secretly created and enforced upon this country, and run by two corporations, a British Crown Commercial Corporation operating generally as “the United States of America” (Incorporated) and a Roman Municipal Corporation operating generally as some form of “United States” (Incorporated) — and everyone worldwide, including the Americans, were left to figure out the difference between these foreign corporations in the business of providing “essential government services” and the actual institutions and offices of our crippled and betrayed American Government, because they operated under identical names and simply omitted the key word: “Incorporated” — the one distinction that would serve to disclose the separate and foreign identity of these corporations apart from our actual government and its instrumentalities.   

It should be obvious to anyone reading this, especially Bar Attorneys, that this country and its people have been the victims of a most infamous and complex commercial fraud and take-over scheme implemented by its own Federal Subcontractors.  

We, the Victims, were never given any full Public Disclosure of any of the facts and accommodations presented here — information which we were certainly owed from the other Principals and Parties, if they were operating in the “good faith” required by their contracts. Instead, we were deliberately deceived and kept in the dark, and subjected under the auspices of Roman Civil Law.

However, once we woke up, the shysters responsible could no longer continue their farce and were forced — under their own law — to bankrupt the United States Municipal Corporation and liquidate it. 

The colluding partners, however, have contrived to try one more deceit and keep their game going, by naming the other partner the Receiver of the bankruptcy, instead of recognizing the actual Creditors. 

Under their scenario, Donald Trump acting as the President of the United States of America, Incorporated, would appear and claim the American Assets — either by making a False Claim on Abandonment, or by pretending to “represent” our actual Government that has long been assumed to be “in interregnum”. 

Once in receipt, he would turn over 60% of the assets back over to the Roman Curia’s control, and they’d all go on skating as before, however relieved by dumping their debts on the stooped backs of their “presumed” Underwriters, the hapless “citizens of the United States”.  

This is what has actually, truthfully, gone on here — and this absurd fraud scheme is still attempting to limp along on one leg.  

Although he is constrained to conduct a full fiscal audit and accounting of “United States” assets and departments and agencies as a result of the Chapter 7 Involuntary Bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES (INCORPORATED) Municipal Corporation, Mr. Trump is keeping the bankruptcy itself a secret from the Public, and instead attempting to make political payola off the circumstance with his conservative British Territorial Republican Voter base. 

The irony of course is that virtually all the Voters both Democrat and Republican have no idea what they are doing nor in what guise they are presumed to act — they are instead shanghaied Americans, who have been falsely registered as both British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal “citizens of the United States” without their knowledge or consent.  They don’t even realize and are not told that they are participating in private corporate “elections” instead of the public elections they assume to be taking place.  

Please, God, let there be peace and an end to this ridiculous self-serving criminality; an end to these corporations and all their polyglot franchises, mostly purloined and set up under conditions of non-disclosure and deceit.  

We, the actual People, of this actual and physical country known as The United States, call upon all officers of justice in all jurisdictions in every country and realm, to put an end to this farce and immediately nationalize all these corporations, placing them and their assets under the administration of the International Government of this country, our Federation of States, for immediate return of the assets and credit to the actual living people of this planet and to their respective lawful governments. 

We have set up the necessary framework for an independent and clean banking system complete with sovereign treasury accounts for each nation to expedite distribution of physical and cash assets. Unlike their plan, our system is not under the control of the deputies of the same people who have created this Mess.  

The World Court has acted in our favor and recognized the claim of the living people “indigenous” — that is, “formed from” the land and soil of each country.  Donald Trump is ignoring their ruling. 

So despite promises of a radically new financial system and medbed technology and all sorts of relief and even the release of $150 Trillion dollars-worth of our own credit, the Old System is clinging on and trying to hide the actual circumstance and using threats of military-mercenary power to do so.  

We have explained the British attempts to create two new world monopolies, one to control physical assets and one to control credit assets, all still under British control. We have observed the Trump Administration’s failure to be honest with the American Public about any of this, and that more than anything, is the proof that they are operating in Bad Faith and with the intent to keep the same old game going. 

This is all underscored by the fact that over this past weekend, officers of the United Nations Corporation attempted to pass “The Pact for the Future” via Acquiescence.  The centerpiece of this venal quasi-legislation is an attempt to “confer” World Citizenship obligations on virtually everyone on Earth. 

This action directly mirrors the obscene actions of the British Territorial U.S. Congress that resulted in the institutionalization of public slave ownership in The United States via “conferring” citizenship obligations on freed black Plantation slaves. 

These poor people went directly from a system of private slave ownership to a system of public slave ownership.  They were merely “presumed” to be “stateless” and based on this false idea (our States already claimed and still claim anyone born here) were subjected as “citizens of the United States” — and made responsible for paying the public debts of “the United States” (Corporation).  

Obscured by the deliberately convoluted and undisclosed language of the so-called Fourteenth (By-Law) Amendment adopted by the Territorial U.S. Congress, such Municipal “citizens of the United States” were literally enslaved and required to pay for the public debts of these corporations. 

In this way, these commercial Bounders operating in an undisclosed capacity, made illicit claims on the value of the labor and bodies and private possessions of —first black people in America, and later, anyone they could foist this “citizenship” obligation on, using any manner of False Registration or deceit. 

This “citizenship” obligation of all “citizens of the United States” gave them unlimited coercive power over “citizens of the United States” and unlimited access to their private assets and credit.  It also subjected these citizens to foreign Municipal (Roman Civil) Law and stripped them of Constitutional Guarantees and protections that would have otherwise been theirs at birth. This was initially justified as a collection of “war reparations” related to the so-called Civil War, which wasn’t a war and wasn’t owed any such reparations.  

What we witnessed this past weekend was a mirror image attempt to set up the same system of coercive control and forced citizenship obligation — only expanded to entrap the entire population of this planet. 

Those who proposed this “Pact for the Future” are commercial criminals who acted with criminal malice in making this proposal and setting up the circumstance by which it could appear to be “adopted” by silence over the Easter Holiday Weekend. 

Their intent was to enslave the entire population of the world and subject everyone to Roman Civil Law, without their knowledge, without their consent, and only appearing to be voluntary. 

Those responsible are under our Indictment for perpetuating a criminal fraud scheme that has attempted a worldwide unlawful conversion and human trafficking scheme via conferring foreign and undisclosed “World Citizenship” obligations on people, who prior to this, have been unlawfully, illegally, and immorally misrepresented and impersonated as corporation franchises and as chattel belonging to corporations.  

This is a mind-blowingly large scale attempted commercial crime scheme based on false registration promoted via fraud, deceit, and coercion under color of law, unconscionable contracts, similar names deceits, substitution fraud, impersonation, and lawfare seeking to subject living people as mere “things”— corporation franchises subject to a peculiar Scottish version of Roman Civil Law. 

This is a repeat of the unlawful, illegal, and immoral actions of the British Territorial U.S. Congress which adopted the Fourteenth Amendment (By-Law) and used it to entrap and enslave the freed black Plantation Slaves in this country and which has endeavored to leave them and all others deemed to be “citizens of the United States” in perpetual chains to pay the public debts of this venal corporation and its Successors. 

Everyone participating in this similar scheme to confer “World Citizenship” on the world population for similar purposes, anyone supporting and abetting it, is a criminal of the worst kind, by definition.  

Citizenship obligations cannot be conferred, accepted by blind acquiescence, nor unknowingly volunteered. 

Our Protest and Indictment is hereby delivered to the World-at-Large, and to those Principals and their Agents responsible for these acts and omissions and attempted crimes against Humanity.  

To the UNITED NATIONS CORPORATION and its FRANCHISES; to the Roman Curia and its adjuncts and affiliates; to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCORPORATED, their franchises, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, subdivisions and all elected officials and officers hired and appointed — Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents and Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals — our Planetary Indictment is hereby issued and stands this 23rd day of April in the Gregorian calendar year 2025 against all those who have proposed to create a form of planetary enslavement and imposed debt obligation impacting the actual living owners of this planet and the inheritors of the creators of these offending corporations.  

We are requesting and requiring the immediate and permanent lawful conversion of all offending corporations and corporate structures and their franchises via nationalization and transfer of ownership interests to the actual living people and governments occupying the land and soil jurisdictions of the actual countries that have been impersonated by these fiends and fictions.  

Mr. Trump, we are calling on you to make a clean breast of it. Stop the corporate game playing and political party nonsense; admit the truth and fully inform the American Public, so that the people of this country can lawfully and peacefully reclaim their birthright political status and get on with the business of restoring our American Government.

This is the same commercial contracting process that these same villains attempt to force on everyone concerning “conferred” citizenship obligations, — like the “citizen of the United States” citizenship status arbitrarily conferred on freed plantation slaves by the so-called Fourteenth Amendment —- and at heart, we find that this is what they are trying to do here, too. 

And just as they used the “citizenship” obligations conferred on the former Plantation Slaves as a means to re-enslave them to pay public debts, they are attempting to enslave this entire planet using commercial law and deceit right now. 

They are trying to confer “World Citizenship” obligations on everyone, and making a bid to enter everyone into the permanent clutches of the Jurisdiction of the Air, just as we explained regarding Pope Francis’s new office as “Patriarch of the West” and King Charles III’s ascension to being an “Imperial Majesty” in the Jurisdiction of the Air, which leaves his office as King of England vacated. 

These rats are trying to use commercial contracting practices to latch upon living men, and their deceit in this matter is self-evident.  

Why else use acquiescence by silence as the method of adoption? 

Why else pass this “Pact” on Easter Weekend, when nobody would be watching and listening to what they were doing?  

They are operating under their ancient Maxim — “Let him who will be deceived, be deceived.” — but we are not deceived and our Rat Watchers have been on duty the entire time. 

We utterly and permanently object to the “Pact for the Future” and object to any incorporated entity in any way associated with us being included in voting for or accepting it for any purpose in any jurisdiction whatsoever.   

We also object to any presumption of agreement for lack of objection by all and any of the franchises of such corporations belonging to or associated with us by any means, including the use of deceptively similar names, used to seemingly implicate us — for example, the use of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (INCORPORATED) to create the appearance that we are going along with this.  

This means that all corporations that have been associated with us or our country, including the Roman Municipal Estate Trusts established in our names, for example, ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER and UTAH and UNITED KINGDOM and so on, are permanently exempted by any such action by the United Nations and the UN CORPORATION seeking to confer any “world citizenship” obligations on us or our holdings worldwide, forever. 

We will not entertain any further offers of this nature. 

We note that this was going on within three days of the Pope’s death, so as to not implicate him in these disastrous and illegal and immoral “offers” by the United Nations. 

We urge all other governments to similarly stand up and make your objections to this attempted criminal contracting process and arbitrary “conferring” of citizenship obligations known. 

We are replying within three (3) days and expect for all our properties and franchises and subsidiaries and associated Territorial and Municipal corporations to be permanently exempted and withdrawn from any such “Pact for the Future” or any similar presentation in the future. 

While the conventions of commerce usually allow for protracted negotiations of offers and counter-offers related to proposed contracts and agreements, the repeated presentation of thoroughly unacceptable, criminal (proposed enslavement), or inequitable or fraudulent offers is deemed a form of harassment subject to prosecution and damages. 

If we hear any more proposals such as those embodied in the “Pact for the Future” coming from the United Nations organization or from the UN CORPORATION, we will immediately and without further Due Process place a Common Law Commercial Lien of $1 million trillion United States Dollars defined as one ounce of pure silver per such dollar, on the offending organization/corporation and its members/franchises as the pre-established penalty for continuing to harass us with such one-sided and patently evil nonsense.
